Thank you for choosing Nuda Studio. We are dedicated to delivering our curated collections of essential apparel and conscious cosmetics directly to your doorstep.
Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how we process, ship, and track your orders.
1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.
Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. Shipping Destinations & Estimates
We currently offer shipping to the United States and select international destinations.
To ensure the best value and quality, our products are dispatched directly from our trusted international fulfillment centers. Because of this tailored logistics network, please allow the following estimated delivery windows:

United States Standard Shipping: 7 to 15 business days.

International Shipping: 10 to 20 business days (depending on the destination country).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and can occasionally vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-volume seasons.
3. Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at aguurresergi@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it immediately.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Nuda Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping fees.
