Thank you for shopping at Nuda Studio. We represent a commitment to quality and intentional design, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Because we bridge the gap between conscious cosmetics and premium apparel, we have different return guidelines based on the product category to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers.

Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and our process.

1. Overview of Our Policy

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Apparel: Unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • Cosmetics/Skincare: Must be unopened, unused, with the protective seal intact, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or Used Cosmetics/Skincare: Any beauty product that has been opened, used, or had its hygiene seal broken.

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased with a specific "Non-Returnable" discount.

  • Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at aguurresergi@gmail.com

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.

4. The Return Process

To start a return, you must contact us at aguurresergi@gmail.com

  1. Request: Email us with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Authorization: If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • If Rejected: If the item is not in its original condition (e.g., cosmetic seal broken, apparel worn), the return will be rejected. We will notify you and can ship the item back to you at your expense.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not offer direct exchanges.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, following the guidelines in Section 1.
